SeniorCareRating.com, operated by PGBDIC LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, is a static reference for public CMS nursing-home data. Here is what we do — and do not — do with data.
There is no sign-up or login, and we do not ask you to provide personal information to use the site.
Search runs entirely in your browser against a static index. We do not send your search queries to our server or store them.
We do not collect, host, or publish user reviews, ratings, or testimonials about facilities.
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-Z2M758CTDB) to understand aggregate usage and improve the site. It uses cookies/identifiers and collects data such as pages viewed, approximate (city-level) location, device/browser type, and referring page; IP is anonymized (anonymize_ip).
Advertising on this site is managed by Mediavine under its Journey program, to keep the site free. Mediavine and its advertising partners may set or read cookies and similar identifiers, and may process your IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you view, in order to select, deliver, and measure ads — including based on your prior visits to this and other sites. What analytics collects
Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how the site is used in aggregate. It may collect: pages and content viewed; approximate (city-level) location derived from IP (anonymized); device, operating system, and browser type; referring page and general interaction events; and a cookie/identifier to distinguish sessions. We do not use it to identify you personally or for ad personalization. Data is processed by Google as described in its own policies.

Mediavine acts as our advertising partner and works with third-party advertising vendors; those vendors may use cookies, similar identifiers, and information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view to select, deliver, cap, and measure advertising. Your choices

California & other U.S. state privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of sale/sharing. Because the site has no accounts and does not collect account-level personal data, the practical controls are the opt-outs above. Residents of other states with comparable laws have similar rights.
European Economic Area, UK & Switzerland (GDPR/UK GDPR)

The site is independent and is not affiliated with CMS or Medicare.gov. Pages are generated ahead of time, so the public site does not query a database when you visit.
